REVIEWS / READERS AND PUBLISHERS COMMENTS
Forget Christianity for the moment. Any soul could pick up this book and be entertained, inspired and intrigued by this informative piece on the attitudes of the modern day world.
Written by Edward F. Mrkvicka, with the help of Kelly Helen Mrkvicka, Be Not Deceived turns out not to be just for the religious. Mixing words and phrases from the Bible with his own narrative, the author wonderfully conveys his message, whether you agree with it or not. He makes compelling points as well, none more important than the main theme, that of which is that Christianity has descended into the theology of ‘once-saved-always-saved’, and that people must go back to the word of God as written in the Bible to achieve eternal salvation and avoid Hell.
Subjects of abortion, homosexuality and adultery are also discussed, making it a very modern book, that wonderfully emphasise the author’s points of view on everlasting and still contemporary issues.
Simple enough to understand but riveting enough to want to continue reading. Where he has excelled, no doubt, is the pace of his words, with the use of biblical text and his own making the book flow brilliantly well as if he was talking right to the reader.
A believer or not, there is a lesson in Be Not Deceived for everybody to learn.
